For the safety and ease of all our guests, we kindly ask that you exercise caution when traveling through Charles de Gaulle Airport. If you are not familiar with the airport or France, we highly recommend arranging your car transfer in advance with a reputable chauffeur service or coordinating directly with your hotel.
Please avoid communicating with individuals offering rides or taxi services inside the airport. For guests arriving from outside the EU, cell service may be limited upon arrival and we recommend purchasing an eSIM and/or coordinating with your cellphone provider prior to departing. While ride-share services such as Uber are available, we urge you to exercise caution when exiting the airport and only leave the terminal once you are certain your Uber driver is at the pick-up location.
To help ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for our elderly or mobility-challenged guests, we strongly recommend opting for handicap accessibility assistance through your airline. This service simplifies customs, luggage collection, and transfer to your car service, making your arrival as seamless and stress free as possible.
For all travelers from the US visas are required into the UK and likely to be required for the EU. Please coordinate all documentation in advance.
